PRICES : HPC Prices are exactly what you see on our products that you pay for them. It is inclusive of all taxes.

PAYMENT TERMS  :  HPC offers  multiple payment modules for making payments for your orders like Net Banking, Credit Card or debit Card and Cash on  delivery. Cash on delivery means you make the payment at the time of delivery of the material rather than paying in advance. The minimum order value for COD should be not less than Rs.5000/-

SHIPPING AND WARRANTY POLICIES:  The estimated delivery time is 3-4 days depending on the availability of stock. HPC provides free delivery for an order of 50 Nos or more; otherwise Rs.250/- shall be charged as delivery Charges.

With every order, an e-mail containing the details of the order placed will be sent to the prospective buyer and on shipping another email containing shipping details shall be sent.

HPC processes all deliveries through Courier, Transporter and channel partners. Places where Channel Partners are not available, we will ship your items through local transport. All products should be thoroughly checked at the time of the delivery and damages ,if any, should be notified immediately.HPC will not entertain any claim, except Manufacturing defect, once the product is delivered.

REPLACEMENT AND REFUND POLICIES : HPC provides Warranty against Manufacturing defects and the defective product shall be replaced after the approval and confirmation from our engineers. The Replacement can be for the entire product or part thereof. Damages due to incidental damages,improper storage, misuse of the product due to malfunctioning and products with tampered or missing packages etc shall not be entertained for replacement.
